First up, we've made some changes to the way the app handles layers.

Previously, when creating a new layer, the app would automatically select the layer below it. Now, the app will select the layer that was active when the new layer was created. We've also made some changes to the way the app handles selections. Previously, when making a selection, the app would automatically select the layer below it. Now, the app will select the layer that was active when the selection was made.
